When I need to book a room online, Airbnb is one of the platforms I trust the most. Whether traveling within the country or abroad, I’ve often used Airbnb to book my stays.

Why Book with Airbnb?

Unique and varied accommodations

Airbnb offers a wide variety of stays you won’t find in typical hotels. From cozy apartments and beach huts to treehouses and luxury villas.

Affordable options

You can often find places that fit your budget, especially if you’re traveling with a group or staying longer- you can actually save more on longer stays.

Great local experience

Airbnb lets you live like a local. Hosts often give great tips about hidden gems, local food, and off-the-beaten-path spots.

Flexible amenities

You can find places with self-check-in, kitchen access, pet-friendly rules, workspaces, and more—tailored to your needs.

Easy booking and communications

The platform is user-friendly, and you can easily chat with hosts for any questions before or during your stay.

Reviews and ratings

You can read honest feedback from past guests to help you choose the right stay.

Great for Groups or Long Stays

Airbnb often has more space and better amenities (like kitchens and laundry) compared to hotels, which is ideal for families, friends, or extended trips.

Whether I’m planning a quick local trip or flying abroad, Airbnb continues to make my travel smoother, more comfortable, and full of great memories.

Here are some of the great rooms I booked via AirBnb in Tagaytay (a couple of them has great Taal Volcano view)

Casamara Garden Room 2

What I loved about this room:
The room has a homey feeling with a vintage style. The bed is very relaxing. It felt like a glimpse of what it would be like to own a home in Tagaytay. It is surrounded by gardens. Even without a view of Taal Volcano from your room, the surroundings still give you that relaxing Tagaytay vibe. The room is perfect for couples who want to have an overnight stay in Tagaytay. Pets are allowed.

It is also near the city market and tourist spots – around 5 minutes’ drive to Tagaytay Picnic Grove and 8 minutes’ drive to Pink Sister Convent and Chapel. The place is surrounded as well with pasalubong stores.
We booked this room for only 1500 pesos for a night. *

Gorgonia’s Transient Room Three

We set out for a motorcycle ride around Tagaytay, but we got tired on the way and decided to spend the night instead. And so, we booked this room. Booking was a breeze and communication with the host went smoothly.

The area is near the center of Tagaytay. It is situated near a gasoline station. There is a coffee shop below the building.

The room is neat and nothing out of the ordinary. The bed is good for couples. We got a restful night’s sleep. This room is perfect if you have “biglaan lakad” and needed a place to stay for a night.

We booked this room for less than 2000 pesos for a night. *

Taal-View French-Country Tagaytay w/ Fibr & Netflix

This room is special for me. This is the first ever room in Tagaytay I booked, and I’m glad I did. It is in Tagaytay Prime Residences Condo (Cityland) beside the iconic rotonda. It comes with free parking and Netflix access.

This room was featured in Real Living Magazine! Located on the 20th floor, the room offers a breathtaking view of Taal Lake, which you can enjoy right from your bedroom balcony. The room’s decoration was well thought out.

Room bookings include access to the building’s swimming pool and a viewing deck that offers a spectacular view of Taal Volcano.

We had an amazing time staying in this French-country style room. One night just wasn’t enough, I wish I had booked a longer stay!

Did I mention we only paid less than 2500 for a night with this room? *

Taal View Wind Residences by Bea&RM

This is another room in Tagaytay that I’m glad I booked. It has a spectacular view of Taal Volcano right in front of your room’s balcony. It is located in 20th floor of Tower 5 Wind Residences. This room offers the perfect escape to unwind, relax, and recharge. Waking up to a foggy morning with a stunning view of the majestic Taal Volcano is truly a breathtaking experience.

The unit’s caretaker was very accommodating. I accidentally left my earphones in the room and messaged her to ask if she could send them back via courier—she kindly agreed. Now that’s what you call great after-service!

Fantastic H/50”&43” TaalView TV w/Netflix WiFi

This Victorian inspired room is also a great place to stay when in Tagaytay. The room has a 43inch TV with Netflix and a high-speed wi-fi connection.

The area is near the well-known E Aguinaldo Rotonda, across from McDonald’s Restaurant that has a great view of Taal Lake. On its left, the way to Tagaytay Picnic Grove, Palace in the Sky, Crosswinds. On its right, you can see Pamana Restaurant, Bag of Beans, Serin (Ayala mall) and way going to Skyranch/Taal Vista/Leslie’s.

The building where the room is located is just walking distance to Olivarez Station, in which you can find groceries, stores & restaurants

We were able to book this room for as low as 1500 pesos only.*

*Booking rates may vary based on the number of guests and your chosen dates.

One day isn’t enough to see all the tourist spots in Tagaytay—and definitely not enough to try all the delicious food the city has to offer. If you’re planning to visit Tagaytay City and need a place to stay for a night or more, why not give Airbnb a try?

Know which amenities are included
Check the listing details to make sure the amenities you need are included like, wi-fi, parking, swimming pool, playground, etc.
